Wacom Cintiq 24″ HD, just High Definition !

Suddenly Wacom on September 13 announced to the world the new Cintiq Tablet.

Features a premium 24.1” high definition LCD display with WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution.

Offers a wide gamut color at 92% Adobe RGB.

Includes patented professional pen technology with 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity and a resolution of 5080 lines per inch. Cintiq employs standard connection options to work with all primary platforms. The Cintiq 24HD uses USB for pen input and DisplayPort, DVI or VGA (adapter included) for video.
The new stand that “hold” the Screen lets you bring the screen more close to the user like a real drawing table.

The Cintiq 24HD features an ergonomically designed stand that allows you to quickly adjust the incline or height of the display for your favorite working positions. The counter-weighted stand even allows the display to extend over the edge of the desk placing the display close to your body for maximum comfort.

The target is the same of the Cintiq 21″ , 3D and game developing,  2D painting and comics. The Cintiq 24HD has a completely flat display surface from edge-to-edge, allowing your pen hand to glide over the entire surface without obstruction. You can even place guides and drawing tools made of plastic such as French curves, protractors, rulers and templates directly on the Cintiq 21UX surface.

The Cintiq 24HD incorporates numerous productivity features to help you get the job done faster and better. Touch Rings positioned on either side of the display can be customized to perform time-saving functions such as zooming, scrolling and changing brush size.  Ten fully customizable ExpressKeys™, in addition to the pen side-switch, can be set for application specific short-cuts and modifiers.

Inkling ! and our creative method will change

After Six “long” days with a countdown, the new Wacom product is here.
and is quite amazing, something basic for people like me that sketch everything everywhere !

Inkling, basically is an infrared and sound recevier that capture our draws , ideas, sketchings, lines and later at home we can download everything into our computer using the software Inkling sketch manager.

1024 pression levels, layers like in photoshop, in this way you don’t need to create them later.
We can draw on paper our idea and then export to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchbook Pro , Sketchbook pro Designer, also we can draw with vectors !!
the paper sketch size is up to A4.

The carry case is little and we can bring it with use into our bag or shoulder bag and travel it around

15 hours of use it and 3 hours for recharging.

e dopo sei giorni di countdown per il lancio, il nuovo prodotto della wacom è qui.
prodotto stupendo e quasi fondamentale per le persone come me che disegnano ovunque e qualsiasi cosa.

Inkling ovvero un ricevitore ad infrarossi e sonoro che riporta i nostri disegni, appunti, idee che mettiamo su carta direttamente nella sua memoria per poi scaricare tutto il lavoro fatto direttamente sul computer tramite il software Inkling sketch manager

1024 livelli di pressione, possibilità di gestire livelli come su photoshop, per non doverli creare dopo.
Possiamo disegnare su carta e poi esportare dentro Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchbook Pro , Sketchbook pro Designer, e trasformare il nostro disegno anche in vettoriale.

Possiamo disegnare su di un qualsiasi foglio di carta fino ad una dimensione A4.

Scatola di piccole dimensioni da poter mettere nella nostra borsa o zaino insieme al nostro quaderno o blocco.

15 ore di utilizzo della penna e 3 ore di ricarica via usb.

Non è una tavoletta grafica, però possiamo scrivere e disegnare anche in vettoriale , possiamo portarlo in giro con noi, ci permette di usare i livelli come su Photoshop e ci permette di farlo su carta. Cosa sarà ?

Wacom alla mostra del Fumetto di Lanciano

Sabato 4 e Domenica 5 Giugno presso la mostra del fumetto di Lanciano (Chieti) , la Wacom esporrà e metterà a disposizione tutti i suoi prodotti presso lo stand della Scuola Internazionale di Comics di Pescara. Potrete vedere e provare dalle tavolette Bamboo alle intuos 4 passando per le Cintiq 12″ e 21″. Inoltre sarà disponibile la nuova stylus Bamboo per l’ipad. Se riuscirete a passare parleremo di disegno, fumetti, illustrazione e ci divertiremo ad usare tutte le tavolette. Vi aspetto tutti armati di voglia di disegnare e divertirvi.
